  • Do you take custom orders for bows and accessories?

YES!  We love to match ribbon to little outfits and make your bows exactly how YOU want them.  Just contact us and we will see what we can do:).

  

  • If I am ordering locally, can I pick up my order to save on shipping costs?

      Yes, when checking out, just choose the "pickup" shipping option from your shopping cart.  We will email you when       your order is complete and schedule a time for you to pick up your order.

 

  •  Can I phone in an order or place an order by mail?

Yes, just call 1-816-407-7522 to place an order by phone, or when purchasing by mail just print your shopping cart when you see the order confirmation page and mail with your payment (personal check or money orders only) to

  • How do you ship your bows? 

All of our bows come wrapped in tissue paper in a box...that way they arrive the same way they left.

  

  • How long will it take to get my order?

It typically takes 2-3 days to process your order and 5-7 days for your order to ship.  I try my best to get all orders shipped within 48 hours...if you need your order sooner please add a note to your shopping cart during check out and I will do my very best to get it to you asap!  If you are doing a custom order please allow 7-14 days to receive your order.

  

  • Is it possible to have my order gift wrapped?

Yes, just add a note to your shopping cart

  

  • Do you ship internationally?

No, not at this time

  

  • What payment method do you use?

We currently accept paypal only with online orders...you do NOT have to have a paypal account to make an order.  Paypal is very secure and is used world wide.  If ordering by mail we accept personal checks or money orders.  As soon as your check clears we will ship your order.

  

  • What is your privacy policy?

We value all of our customers, we do NOT give out any information.

  

  • Will your clips "stay in"?

All of our LillyBows, Double LillyBows, and Flower Blossoms are mounted on a semi-covered double prong alligator clip.  The bottom is left uncovered to easily slide into the hair without messing up the "do".  Our BittyBows, Ladybugs, Bumblebees, and Butterflies are completely covered for a sure no-slip clip.  They are perfect for girls with thinner hair.  If you need a LillyBow or any accessory lined just let me know by attaching a note to your shopping cart and I will be happy to help.

  

  • Do you heat seal your ribbon?

Every bow is heat sealed to ensure they will maintain their shape as well as not fray.  All LillyBows are "kid tested" and will last for many years.

  

  • Do you offer a catalog?

Not at this time, all of our products can be viewed and purchased on-line or by phone.

  

  • What is your return policy?

If you are unhappy with your purchase or if it is defective in any way, just ship your order back to us within 30 days and we will be happy to do an even exchange for the same product or fully refund your purchase price.

  

  • How do you store bows?

We recommend storing your bows clipped to a bow holder or laying flat in a drawer.  Tissue paper can be placed in each loop to ensure they keep their shape.

  

  • How do I clean my bows?

We recommend spot cleaning them with a Tide-to-go pen or spot clean with mild soap and water.
